Indicatii privind scorareaScală sumativă. Se recomandă folosirea un scale Likert cu 5 valori ce variază între 1 („Niciodată”) și 5 („Zilnic”) participantul trebuind să indice cât de des s-a angajat în comportamentele enunțate de itemi în cursul ultimului an.

Recomandare instructaj: „Cât de des v-ați implicat în fiecare dintre următoarele comportamente la locul dumneavoastră de muncă actual? 1 = Niciodată 2 = O dată sau de două ori pe an 3 = O dată sau de două ori pe lună 4 = O dată sau de două ori pe săptămână 5 = Zilnic”
